One temptation my characters are always doomed to give in to is the dreaded urge to be blindfolded. Did I say dreaded? What I meant to say was wonderful! My characters always give in to the wonderful urge to be blindfolded. I mean, what’s hotter than a sexy man, tied to a bed and blindfolded? If you know me, then you know that I am obsessed with handcuffs and blindfolds. I simply adore them. My erotic paranormal romance, Lovers Unchained, has both. But the characters wish that they weren’t handcuffed and blindfolded. In Lovers Unchained my hero and heroine are trapped in a prison by the beautiful vampiress, Lana. The handcuffs they wear are meant to keep them from escaping and the blindfolds are used as punishment. But even in these hellish conditions Jude and Carissa still manage to find each other. The attraction they have for one another enrages their captor, putting their life in even more danger. They’re not the only prisoners longing to escape Lana’s wrath. Faede – Witch/Chameleon

Faede is a witch of the silver coven but is also part chameleon and can blend in with her surroundings. She has the ability to see the future in her dreams but only bits and pieces. During one dream she sees her mate and that he is being held prisoner in the Dark Realm. Even though her coven is in turmoil she knows she must travel to the Dark Realm to find the man of her dreams, Bruce.

Bruce – Vampire/ Lana’s most trusted slave.

Bruce was captured by Lana and her brother and taken captive when he was a young boy. Over the years he has become Lana’s most trusted servant. Until a woman is captured who sets his blood on fire. His instincts tell him that this woman is his mate. Now that he has found her he will do everything within his power to keep her safe from Lana.

Cole – A cursed Vampire

Like Jude, Cole was also cursed by the Dark Witch. He can drink all the blood in the world but will never fill full until he finds his mate. Essentially he is slowly starving to death. The only thing that keeps him sane is sex. It calms the thirst that burns at the back of his throat, but it’s not enough, it’s never enough.
